Can't cast spells or town portal

Is the second time it happens (a few days ago had the same issue). Just killed a rare monster, was full of items and wanted to go back to town, but the town portal was not working, also couldn't cast any other spells.
The workaround is to logout and login again. If that happens in a boss fight, not being able to cast spells is not very good !
