Atlas map covered itself?

I have a lot of area uncovered on my Atlas map. I have noticed that it can get quite laggy since 0.2. but that is just a side note.

As of today, when I finish a map and return to my map device, the whole area that i just cleared is greyed out again. I found that i can usually switch characters, check the map and then switch back to fix it.

Sometimes, I will clear a map (get the map completed notification) and when I check my atlas from hideout, it shows that map is in progress and will not let me continue through to the next map.

Is anyone else experiencing strange atlas map behavior lately?
