I don't have a Test Sekhem

I'm playing Path of Exile 2, and during the passage of Act 2, I didn't pick up Baria Jin after killing Balbala, and the Sekhem Test is unavailable to me. I tried to go through Balbala again, the coin does not fall, there is no Sekhem Test location on the map, can you tell me what to do?
