Fix the obsticles around expedition sites

I just realized I die only on expeditions on my map tiers and its because when I try to shield charge or Leap Slam away from those runic circle aoe nuclear carpetbombing I stuck in a flagpole or or whatever that small thing (possibly a chest) is that is upgraded to my tombstone now...
