Make ctrl+z ignore all loot

Now that I am at endgame and there's a lot of drops around in some areas, especially during situations with a lot of rares its starting to become a problem.

I play aim focused builds like ember fusilage currently which requires me to somewhat chair and aim, problem is many times I will press the left click and no spell would be activate cuz it just happened to hover over loot at that moment.

Please just make the ctrl+z feature completely ignore loot and just to be used as a tool while we are busy with combat and we can figure out loot after combat ends

We are missing some basic interface/visibility options. This is one of them.
