POE2 is too slow.. everything feels slow...

i am not a Diablo 4 Fan but i had nothing better to do than playing a Rogue over the past few days and had a blast with Dancing Knives.

Now i started POE2, my L92 Monk.....

OMG!!! how slow is this game ??

+35% Boots +20% Speed from other sources...

Skill Speed +12%

its unbelievable i was playing to L92 that sloooooowww over a few weeks....

Never again!!!

Iv'e been saying this since day one.
My lich is a blaster combat is def not slow but cast speed is about +80%, I've had to work it into a lot of passives and gear to get there, everything is trade-off and compromise

But an out of combat move speed boost would be welcome

think they are slow to realize these issues too.
`Spent 2 mirrors on my build, but I'm only Level 98.` LOL
`From just quick sweep of your characters, toxic rain, golems .. sure, non meta... sure.` LOL
`What are divs?`
path of slog the sloggoning

its even worse as a armor user.

why they felt the need for a 10% movement penalty for armor is beyond me.

I honestly dont have a problem starting out slow as long as there is at least the perspective on the horizon that at some point I can get significantly faster, which was the case in 0.1 but no longer is in 0.2 sadly. And if there is, its maybe for one build or smth but 0.1 had great options here for all classes and builds. Wish they would give us that back and design endgame content in a way that a lot of movement speed/skills don't immediately completely trivialize everything but are just ways to get a more fluent experience.
GGG hates players clearing content too quickly.
In PoE1, he removed support gems that increased movement speed.
This can be seen in the fact that Utility Flasks, which were in PoE1, are not in PoE2, and the maps are unnecessarily large.
Flasks were terrible to manage and in 1 they needed to introduce loads of different ways to avoid having to press them all the time

If you ever tried playing poe1 with a controller... woof mageblood was mandatory
This is the reason I'm no longer playing. Every build is slowww as molasses. Temp chains just adds insult to injury.

I'm not here for a Soulslike, I'm here for an ARPG.
