Crashes on Trial of Chaos on Huntress/Amazon

I've tried 2 separate Huntress (Amazon) characters now, also tried various resolutions and the Vulkan/DirectX settings. Finally, I tried different servers, but nothing works. Every time I try to do the Act 3 Trial of Chaos, the game just shuts down.

The Windows event viewer is useless, and there are no logs I can find.

I can get the game to fire up after several tries, and then teleport out to wherever, and then play fine. It just sucks I can't get my second acendancy...
