Early Access Bug Reports - Failed to connect to instance - Forum

Hi Support team, I am been facing issue with loading to a map since 24/04/2025. This issue happened occasionally and now getting more frequent. I tried checking the files on steam, and even reinstalling the games with no avail. I noticed this issue start after I created a 2nd character (witchhunter) and around Act 3 Cruel. Please help take a further look into this, I have lost about 2-3 waystone for now. Greatly appreciate your assistance. Bumping this, also having the same issue. In my case, it often happen when travelling through map portal or joining someone else's hideout for trade. I've lost over 5+ waystones and 2 corrupted nexus, rendering its cluster to become un-cleanse-able. The corrupted nexus just simply "stuck in place" rather than relocating to an adjacent node when reopening the portal. I'm mainly playing in Singapore realm, switching hideout nor server doesn't work either (some server even outright doesn't allow me to get into my hideout and just outright put me back to the login screen) The only fix I found, is to spend another waystone to open another portal, thus wasting whatever content the map had.
