Trial of Sekhemas - Zarka bug

I completed Act 2 and have the item Djinn Baria in my inventory.
The quest Ascent to Power is active and asks me to speak with Zarka, but she has no dialog available. As a result, the trial map doesn't appear.

Kill Balbala in Traitor's Passage in Act 2 to get Balbala's Barya. Then speak to Zarka.

Barya will disappear from the backpack and can no longer continue with the mission.
