Increase Infernal Legion Area of Effect/Allow Infernal Legion Damage Stacking

I have been playing with Infernal Legion for several weeks in 0.2.0 and I have had multiple boss battles where Infernal Legion minions cannot get close enough due to either minion hitbox being too big or Infernal Legion Area of Effect being too small.
I believe with the significant damage nerfs across the board as well as minion health nerfs that allowing Infernal Legion damage to stack would be a warranted and welcome change. There are several other factors that I list below that would also lend themselves to supporting Infernal Legion Damage Stacking. 1. Infernal Legion is inherently a trade off but if it doesn't stack then why run more than 1 minion with it if white mobs and magic mobs die easily. 2. Spirit Cost and minion life will always limit the amount of damage Infernal Legion can do and have its damage mitigated with enemy resistances. 3. Bossing is a big part of the game if it can't stack why have more than 1 minion for combo play. 4. GGG's own stated vision for combo play. 5.
