Bleeding can be hard to notice with ES

Many times i notice my health being near half while my ES is full, I have around 2k health and 3.5k ES.

I often notice that through the bar above my character's head, its very hard to notice at the start, only more noticeable halfway.

Considering adding somekind of animation or visible sign that your character is bleeding.
