Game crashes on any settings change and taskbar issues

I formatted my PC yesterday due to changing my HD for a new SSD. It was working normally before that.
Installed windows, updated bios and drivers, was using Adrenalin v25.3.1, currently using Adrenalin v25.4.1.

My config is:
CPU: Ryzen 5 8600G (integrated graphics disabled)
Mobo: A620-E
GPU: Radeon RX 6750XT
RAM: 2x 16GB 5200Mhz
SSD: NVMe M2 Fury Renegade 2TB 7300/7000

The issue is that my taskbar is always showing on windowed fullscreen, despite having tried many fixes already. That leads to me trying to change settings to try other fixes, but my game just closes after a quick freeze whenever I try to change any graphic setting.

This would not be an issue if the game window was not off centered due to the taskbar, I have to compensate for the smaller screen when clicking, as the buttons are still placed on the same place as if it was fullscreen, leading to visual bugs, where my mouse appears to be on top or off the button, but the buttons is still not active/active.

I've tried unninstalling it, deleting everything PoE2 related in appdata and reinstalling, some other system fixes, updating to the latest GPU driver, still nothing.

I managed to make it work again by hiding my taskbar before launching the game. Then it works just fine, but still can't change graphic settings.

A similar issue like this happened in POE1 with Nvidia and their overlay not too long ago.

Make sure an overlay is not enabled causing this taskbar behavior.

Also, posting a screenshot of your full screen (game & task bar) might be helpful for the devs or someone here to diagnose.

Just tried disableing Adrenalin overlay. No fix.
