Using Omen of Sinistral Alchemy Strongboxes

The Omen of Sinistral Alchemy did not get consumed when I used an orb of Alchemy on a white strongbox. I do not think this is supposed to be in-game. I am not sure if it was just the map that was bugged.

Update:
I went to a different map to find a white strongbox to see if it would happen again and well the Omen of Sinistral Alchemy was not consumed once again. (dropped all my Omens of Sinistral Alchemy and will not use Omens on strongboxes till i see it is fixed)
