Networking issues still

Are they ever going to address the network issues, the constant spikes and DC's in the game make it unplayable. Poe 2 continues to be in a sad state and makes for a depressing experience. I haven't seen one word about the networking issues and all I ever get on the official discord is DOSS attacks and I don't find that to be a valid excuse this far into this 0.2. Would love to hear some actual answers to the issue.

Networking is one thing client performance is another.

Renderer (?) crashing in directX12 on every map/location/boss and reloading instance on paused blackscreen. All it takes is just too many casted spells/attacks per given time period and game hangs.
Vulcan is not crashing just slowing down/ffd or freezing while doing some shader (?) stuff in the background ingame, especially when it has to load new assets.

Just got to 4 boss in sekhemas and I was greeted with 10sec freeze (can't pause so very nice) then 10 second of fast forward with my characted running between walls of arena like in benny hill theme without my control. Afterwards just yo-yoing pacing of frames. Sometimes slower sometimes faster.

And it wasn't network issue unless poe graph lies. 30 ms to server, 10 ms pinging 8.8.8.8 in the background.

Poe1 alpha was running way better then this shit, besides crazy desync.
Poe2 in 0.1 was okish. Now it's horrible.
