Characters stuck in corrupted nexus Fortress map

Yesterday i tried to open the fortress map with a tier 3 waystone to complete the main quest and my game got stuck on loading screen of the fortress map after trying to enter de portal. Tried 10+ times opening and game and logging into the character and the game always shut down.

Today, i tried another waystone on the same Fortress map node, just to confirm the issue and the character got stuck again and the game closed
