Probably manual instance crash dupe again. Crash on respawn had already saved me from exp penalty before, and restored my omen too, lol. Also kept all loot from that instance.
Oh well, maybe next league will be the first in history without money printing or item duping bugs. |

Yep. It's been known for weeks how to force the instant crash with rollback in 0.2, which can be used to dupe items.
