An unexpected error occured

Hi, haven't got a problem yesterday the whole day. Today I can't login. I press login and I choose a character. Once I choose my character and press play, it loads and then throws me back out to the login screen. Lower left it says, "An unexpected error occured".

Things I tried,

Verify files
restarted my pc
restarted my router
Even tried to login my characters last league and same problem occurs
