(new legion not standard) BUG REPORT – MAP NOT LOADING PROPERLY, COVERED IN FOG (PATH OF EXILE 2)

Description:
When opening the world map in Path of Exile 2, the entire map area is covered in thick gray fog, making it impossible to see the terrain or interact with any objects. Only a few quest markers, NPC icons, and waypoints appear – the rest of the map remains blank or hidden under fog. This issue severely affects gameplay and navigation.

This bug seems to be related to map size:

Personally, I encounter this bug occasionally when opening smaller maps.

However, my friend experiences it very frequently, especially when opening large maps (e.g., while farming Citadel areas).

Issue Details:

Most of the map fails to render, only a tiny section around the center is visible.

The rest is covered in thick fog, making the area unplayable.

Some icons still show up (e.g., NPCs, waypoints), but everything else is invisible or inaccessible.

Issue does not resolve after reloading or restarting the game
