Unable to use health pots on witch

leveling up my witch and randomly cannot use health potions anymore, no sound they just dont work. i was using rake with concoct and it was letting me use the skill even when i did not have charges on potion so maybe it made me go negative? not sure but i cant heal POE2 into act 2. not near any nodes or equipment that will make it so i cannot use potions either

i can use pots again, not sure what happened didnt change anything
