Modifier Polution Is A Serious Problem

as GGG introduce more and more weapon and mechanism, the modifer pool is becoming more and more large

everybody should have seen a "Quarterstaff" with "Accuracy Rating" on it. this modifer would totally ruin it.

should each weapon type has its own modifer pool?

...and don't forget the beloved mods like +light radius and -requirements.

I always got -req on wands, while playing a caster. I don't need -INT req on a wand, 'cause INT is my main attrib.

I don't think the issue is as simple as modifier-pollution so to speak. It's everything from how loot is generated (for drops), to the state of crafting, to the drop rate of crafting currency ...

While I think things are better than in 0.1 I think the devs are too busy adhering to their vision of the game in some aspects BUT not adjusting other aspects of the game to fix "unintended" (?) consequences of their decisions.
No, it's just a part of a totally broken chain of errors.
But it's meaningful loot... whatever this bs means

This would be interesting. A 2handed mace with accuracy rating has been valuable for my warrior but the same mod on quarterstaff is trash.
