Black Bird stuck in 2nd phase (vid)

going freeze LS amazon, for his 2nd phase he started out getting frozen into a stagger. during the freeze I did enough to trigger his dmg reduction. Once the stagger ended he stopped taking damage entirely and was stuck in the big rage form
