Silver Charm doesn't trigger on Temporal Chains

Temporal Chains: "Curse Slows you and makes other effects on you expire more slowly"

Silver Charm: "Used when you are affected by a Slow"

Temporal Chains affects you with a slow and therefore should trigger Silver Charm. but it doesn't.

Bug reference 3,410,438,761 same issue, the curse dispair from enemys dont trigger my silver charm, to be immune to slow.
