Melting Maelstrom Mana Flask

Why did you Nerf this mana flask? This was an awesome flask, now falls in the trash heap that is steadily building up in this game. By the way, why don't you make unique gear really worth using in the Endgame? There is hardly anything that is found that's worth replacing good standard gear with a unique whose stats leave me scratching my head over. Please fix Melting Maelstrom to be applied instantly like it was, thanks for listening.
