Quality on ascension skills

Skills you get from ascensions can't seem to gain quality in any way, despite having information on how they improve with better quality.

Not a bug, they just didn't implement it, sadly.
I wish they add some placeholder mechanism to add quality to them, like +2.5% quality on Ascendancy Skills per Ascendancy Point allocated (8 points = 20%) |
