Trial of chaos: Skill speed and the tornado

Hi,
When you get the 20% skill speed on enemies in trial of chaos and you play a melee character, there is 0 chance for you to kill the Bird with the tornado if he uses this skill, as you dont even have a chance to go out of range even if you use Shield charge.
It is way too fast and not telegraphed in this case.

This skill this boss is using is still totaly unfair.
If you dont directly one shot this boss you are dead
