Unarmed with free off-hand

Being unable to perform an unarmed strike while wielding a one-handed weapon and an empty off-hand feels unintuitive. With the introduction of the Dance with Death keystone, the ability to perform unarmed strikes without a weapon swap would be a welcome change.
