Game does quick freezes at random times while playing and then resets all cleared map explored

This issue will occur a few times a day, usually with at least an hour in-between when it happens. I've experienced this throughout the campaign, bossing, and clearing end game maps. I have included a link to the video of the issue showing the game freeze me in spot, than unfreeze me exactly where I was, but also reset the whole map.

I did not have this occur a single time during the last season. My game ran near flawlessly other than fps dips when mobs and spell effects covered the whole board together.

Is there a fix for this? Or is this something on POE's side?
