Can't warp to ANY player

I'm not sure if it's a setting or I'm bugged. Party members portraits are grayed out. If I right click the portrait, there is no warp to player option. Also does not show in the social menu.

It's not a progress issue as I am in the end game already. When trading with others i have to just visit their hideout to meet them there.

Any help?
