Vaal Guard Spectre Not Resummoning After Death - Lich Minion Build

While playing a Lich Minion build, I've encountered an issue where the Vaal Guard obtained by using the Spectre skill does not automatically resummon after it dies. I am required to temporarily decrease my minion count and then increase it again for the Vaal Guard to reappear. This problem occurs repeatedly every time the Vaal Guard dies, significantly disrupting gameplay and posing a major inconvenience.
