[Top priority]【PS5】 Unable to log in for 2 days

No matter how many times I've tried to log in for about two days, an error occurs and the game closes, and I can't log in.
I'm playing this game on PS5,
and I've confirmed that several Japanese people are experiencing the same problem, and it's also been posted on the Japanese version of the forum.

I've tried changing the region, uninstalling the game, and various other things but nothing worked.
How long are you going to leave this serious bug alone?

On the PC version, it can sometimes be fixed by checking the compatibility or changing the region,
but there's no solution for the PS5 version.
I still can't log in with this season's character, or create a new one.
I can log in with characters from the previous season, though.

Weird bug, you can try to change DNS servers? Idk if you tried this, might work and it will be another checkbox checked of the things you did.

popular DNS servers are:
Google Public DNS: 8.8.8.8
Cloudflare DNS: 1.1.1.1 (POE 2 Default I believe, also best performance)

Changing the DNS server did not improve the situation.
