ascendancy trials

It's probably been mentioned a lot... But man, the trials are WAAAAY too difficult. They feel like a chore. Especially the Sekhema trials, I mean, if you want to play a rougelite, then why play PoE?

I know, a lot of people will probably say "lol get gud", but I don't have the hours to sacrifice on continuing to attempt trials, it just feels pointless - I'm a pretty casual gamer, and I've really enjoyed both PoE1 and 2, but man the trials in PoE2 are so rough. Sorry for the rant

I have not found them to be especially difficult once I heeded the advice to collect Relics with +max Honor and +Honor Resistance. I could see them being more difficult the first time you play through them, but after that they are actually fairly easy.

I think the exception is melee characters trying to them right on-level (eg a level 60 Warrior doing a level 60 3rd Trial).

The annoying thing is the random element - sometimes you get unlucky and just have to re-start because there's no way to finish with the mods you got stuck with.

Sometimes it's super easy. Soemtimes your runnin bricked an hour into it through no fault of your own.
