omen of dextral Bug I suffered heavy losses.

I want to use omen of dextral erasure to remove Accuracy modifiers,but it show i will remove the suffix modifiers, so i buy one omen of dextral erasure ,it show i will remove the prefix modifiers,then i use the omen of dextral erasure,but it actually remove the Strength modifiers.I want to know why it works dont matching the show.
