Prism of Belief, Diamond‌

During pay game in POE2 I purchased "Prism of Belief, Diamond‌" with skill "+3 to level of all skeletal sniper skills" unfortunately when I add item to my passive jewel slot my level on my skill did not change. Curious if anyone else has same problem too, please advise.

Yeah I have the same problem please fix this it's super annoying these aren't cheap all that grinding for nothing...

Sometime the stats dont refresh instant.
It happen to me after put diamond to socket but after entering map all was fine. Can u check its working for this way?

Same with mine. Reequipped and changed socket spots, but no difference in + to level in skills tooltip.
