Where are the items?

The thing I was most looking forward to was finding cool unique items, and new item mods that would enhance combat in interesting new ways.

i have about 50 uniques , one is 45 req one is 33 req, the rest are all low level garbage i wouldnt even equip to level with.
Thats with 1 char to 90 and 2nd almost 90 mostly doing t15/16+ maps for 2 weeks |
