Arrogance of the Vaal

I turned in a set of this card and received a unique minor idol with no corrupted implicits. This is contrary to the wording of the card, which says two corrupted implicits.

Reported many times already. Since there's been no changes made and 3.26 around the corner, it will probably get ignored until idols are removed with Phrecia gone. Which will fix the issue of getting unique idols from div cards, Ultimatum, and I think a few other things in non-Phrecia.
