Tor Gul cannot be frozen

Hello,

I just defeated Tor Gul in regular act 2 and there was a bug preventing it from being frozen. I was using Glacial Bolt with Cold Infusion and Glaciation on my Witchhunter trying to set up a consumption for Fragmentation Rounds and Shard Scavenger, but the boss would refuse to get frozen even once, the ailment threshold got capped at 99% and just didn't do anything.

On a somewhat related note, Glacial Bolt feels kinda awkward to use against bosses that stay outside the arena, such as Tor Gul or Zalmarath. Hits are unreliable because if you aim too close to the edge most of the crystals seem to just not spawn at all, but trying to aim further away from the edge feels gimmicky and not as precise as one could hope.

+1 but for regular stun. This can happen on zar wali iirc as well. I speculate it has something to do with not being able to receive 100% ailments during attack animations and there might be no pause between them. Ailments can get there but it's rare so I've been avoiding these bosses until it gets fixed...
