Despair cant be cast when too fast curse activation

Might be a combo with cast speed as well.

Just allocated the Impending Doom notable and now my character cant cast Despair with the Focused Curse Support socketed in the skill. It works on my main wand setup that doesnt include Impending Doom (pretty sure thats the culprit) but with Impending Doom I have to unsocket my Focused Curse.

And if I weapon swap that stat is completely removed from the stat page.

The Witch just waves her hand, the mana is consumed but no curse is cast.

Correction, the curse goes off. The animation just isn't there, you can't see your "curse zone" because it instantly pops making it kind of confusing.

The hard cast curses being overwritten by the crappy aura curse is kind of a bummer, that's what threw me off since I never managed to see the hard cast curse debuff icon on the mobs.
