How do you apply the rhoa twitch drop cosmetic?

I have the drop but I do not see anywhere under cosmetics where you can apply a cosmetic to a skill gem? Does anyone happen to know how to apply the Honour guard cosmetic? Thanks

Yeah i checked there but nothing. Just shows some cosmetics that cannot be used from POE 1. I had all other twitch drops work just fine prior to this. Just cannot find that one

Appreciate the help but yeah its just not there. I tried logging in and out but nothing fixes it. I did see another post under help with the same issue though.

Update: It showed up this morning (in game). I checked that link last night and it did show I had it but still wasnt in game. I know sometimes it takes an hour or two to show up but apparently it took overnight to show up.
