Ritual Sacrifice Bug

What:
Using the Ritual Sacrifice skill from the Ritualist passive As the Whispers Ask fails to give modifiers from rare monsters when standing on chilled ground.

Details:
Was running a map with the chilled ground modifier. Any time I used Ritual Sacrifice on a dead rare while standing on Chilled Ground, the corpse was consumed, but the modifiers were not gained. Tested on other rares on the same map while not standing on the Chilled Ground and modifiers were gained as normal.

Had this happen to me just now. Wad wondering why I wasn't getting any modifiers and came across this post. So ill add my +1 to this.
