GEMS Lost from manifest weapon

I respecced out of manifest weapon with some support gems still in place, now those support gems got deleted and they didnt com back when i got that ascendency again. Incase the gems are important I was using; culling strike, life drain sould drain and one other which i forgot.

anyone else had this issue?
