The Phaaryl Megalith Unique map loot bug

In this unique map you have to click on the empowered runes after a boss kill to open them like a chest. If you kill all bosses and portal back to hideout (only allowed outside of the boss summoning circle) then portal back inside, all the empowered runes that become unable to be opened.
