Unable to activate last Ritual in map

Ran Crystal Ore map (triple boss with phylacteral link) with Destructive Play atlas. Killed them all, but the Ritual altar is still in a non-interactive state. This was the 4th of 4 in the map. It's possible that one of the Maven summoned bosses was counted as "in" the ritual or something weird since one boss was Tukohama with totem adds, and the other was the Totem boss with adds.
