Game not loading, stuck in infinite loading

There’s no issue with logging in or selecting a character. However, when trying to enter a map, the loading never completes.

The problem started after moving with a party member who died, causing a new instance to be created. Since then, the issue keeps recurring, and I can’t resolve it.

I’ve tried running the game on other devices, but the same problem persists. Please help me fix this.

I’m playing on PlayStation.
