Serious Optimization Issues – Unstable FPS on Modern System (Ryzen 5 5600 + RTX 4060)

I'm playing POE2 at Full HD (1080p) resolution with a Ryzen 5 5600 CPU, GeForce RTX 4060 GPU, 32GB RAM, and Windows 11 24H2.

Even with this modern and capable setup, I'm experiencing severe and frequent frame drops, especially during combat or heavy visual effects. This level of performance is unacceptable for a game of this scale.

What’s more frustrating is that some players with weaker systems manage to maintain a stable 60 FPS, while others with similar or better hardware struggle just like me. This clearly points to major optimization issues in the current version.

If this is expected for now, please provide recommended settings tailored to my specs. Otherwise, this problem needs urgent attention before launch. Players shouldn’t have to guess which hardware combinations will work well for a new title like this.
