Greater runes increasing the level requirement of an item beyond lvl 30

I bought a chest off trade that had a level 45 requirement to equip.
Greater Iron Rune requires level 30 to use, when I socketed 2 of them into my chest, the chest now requires level 59 to equip.

EDIT: nevermind, I slammed an exalt on it, and it rolled a lvl 59 mod. please remove this post
