Bug Report: Kabala Clan Relic Not Dropping in Ancient Vows Quest (POE2)

Hello,

I'm currently playing Path of Exile 2 and experiencing a possible bug during the Ancient Vows quest. The issue is with the Kabala Clan Relic not dropping in the areas where it is supposed to.

I have fully cleared the Keth, Lost City, and Buried Shrines zones multiple times. Every enemy has been defeated, and I’ve made sure to check the entire area thoroughly (with item highlighting enabled). However, the Kabala Clan Relic has not dropped at all, preventing me from progressing the quest.

I already acquired and placed the Sun Clan Relic on the altar. The empty slot on the altar clearly indicates that the missing relic is the Kabala one, but it never appears in the related zones.

This seems to be a progression-blocking bug, as I am now stuck in the questline. Other players have reported similar issues online, and no workaround seems to guarantee a drop.

I’d really appreciate it if the team could take a look into this, or at least provide guidance on whether the relic can now drop from another zone, or if this is indeed a known bug.
