Vile Hags close my game.

Whenever I target a vile hag my game completely crashes. Only when targeted. If I hold shift and put my mouse just short of them then attack I can kill them, but if I hover my mouse over them my game freezes then closes. This is very frustrating because on a map with vile hags I either have to ignore every vile hag or restart my game ever time I accidentally target one.
