Poe2 attributes requirements dont update

Hello,
I've noticed that attributes requirements dont update after making changes on them.

Yesterday I wore armor with +50 spirit and had rhoa mount, after changing armor my total spirit is not enough to let me to ride the mount, however it's still possibile. It works with all other attributes aswell, it's calculating required values only on the particular moment of putting the eq piece/skill and imo should be refreshed every change made in attributes.

Also having +att in stats should automatically lower required value and it doesnt, eg. If gloves requires 50 str and Has +10 str in stats the required value should be 50 (40), where the number in the brackets od real requirement.
