The Black Crow bugs out and won't die

Playing a bleed Smith of Katava build. Running a T15 map and get The Black Crow down to 10% health and he won't die. He no longer becomes targeted for abilities either. Its right before he is supposed to go grab his bell but he never does. Just runs around not taking anymore damage being unkillable.

This has now happened on two separate occasions. I try to log out to login screen and characters screen but when I come back he is still in this state.

I have had this same thing happen. Unable to complete the map because the boss will not go to the next phase and takes no damage.

Damn! It happened to me twice. He can still hit me. Died just restart. I think if you lower his health too much before last phase, he bugs out!

This is happening to me at this exact moment on black crow. The map I'm in is also a corrupted Nexus. I tried closing the game and opening it again but nothing changed. Man this would be brutal if I was playing HC. The only option is to die, use my one revive, and hope that it fixes it.

You just stunned him mid animation and the developer made it that boss won't redo animation

Dying and restarting back in town also caused me to lose the Corrupt Nexus.

That's not great, or ideal for a game that includes stuns.

This just happened to me for the second time.
