POE2 Crashing when attempting to right click people in any hideout

I have repeatedly tried to trade people in any hideout theirs or mine and each time i right click them i crash to desktop. However they can initiate the trade with me and complete it fine. I can also receive and give trade requests anywhere in the game other than the hideouts. I have tried all sorts of settings, i have validated game files and right now im at the end of my patience. This is really weird and id like some support on this. For anything further just ask and ill provide whatever i can.
